Why is there a minimum order for many of your products?
Each baked good is being created for your particular needs, so most if not all of a batch must be purchased.
Can I order a type of cookie or cake not listed on your menu?
Yes! We love to make new things, and will happily make a desired item provided that we are given enough notice, and that we can ensure that the ingredients and preparation conform to our allergen-free standards. Please ask, and we'll talk about it!
Can items be shipped to me?
Yes! We are in the process of working out the best methods for shipping our items. At this time, we are happy to ship certain cookies that are not too fragile, such as Chocolate Chip or Oatmeal Raisin. The cost to do so would be passed along to the customer. We are happy to discuss shipping a product on a case-by-case basis.
Can I pay with a credit card?
At this time, we are only accepting cash and check for payment.
How do you handle gluten-free baking?
We take extra care to ensure that our products actually are gluten-free. Ingredients are verified, and separate equipment is used. Gluten-free recipes are baked on separate days from wheat-based orders so that the risk of cross-contamination is minimized.
